CleneJoe Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

After the package is received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining transit time.

Please allow 8 to 10 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.

 3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

CleneJoe offers free shipping.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

 The average order in-transit time is 2-5 days.  Bad weather, increased volume during holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays could cause an increase in transit time.  Please check the tracking code for more accurate tracking information.

Affiliates: Our affiliates offer various shipping methods so please consult their respective websites for current and accurate shipping costs and information.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are not shipping to international locations.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email at info@clenejoe.com. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package shipped by CleneJoe has arrived damaged, contact us at info@clenejoe.com and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
